Our House After

I wanted the house because of this kitchen. It was the first thing I saw when we looked through the windows.





Massive living room, tall ceilings, windows making up the whole back of the house = Tough to heat. But I still love it.





My view at breakfast every morning. Overlooking our 10 acres. So Zen.



Our wonderful entry way. We worked so hard on it!! (See previous post). The Dining room is to the left of the entry and the office is on the right. The office will be a fourth bedroom in a few years.



I still have a ton of decorating to do but that will come in time. I'm enjoying the clean look of empty walls right now.

Living room after we took out all the nasty flooring and got rid of the mold.

My dad (my hero i should say) cutting tile. We couldn't have done it without his help. Let's not forget the mom's, babysitting is oh so helpful too!!
We tiled the kitchen, entryway, and three bathrooms. Whew!!

Finishing up the middle of the entry way tile. We did the outer sides so the carpet could be put in. Then we did the middle last. We wanted to take our time with it.

Wax Mustache

Smells like grape!

I got this awesome wax mustache at Joy's baby shower (little man theme since she's having a boy) that was put on by Mimi. We had fun with it. Chase wouldn't do it...party pooper!
