January Was Full Of Friends, Family And Fun

We started off with a New Years Party at our house. We had 10 adults and 11 kids in our house! Each room had activities for the kids...Wii Mario Kart (complete with race cars to sit in while playing)in one room, Rock Band in another, Train table, Movies, you get the idea. All the kids played while the parents had an intense game of Texas Hold Em.

Everyone was ready to ring in the new year at midnight...even the kids! We made a raucous and popped poppers on our back porch.

Couldn't think of a better person to celebrate with, I love this man!

Happy New Year!

Later in the month we snuck off with the Lungrens to Tahoe. We stayed at the Monte Bleu. There's a really cool indoor pool that the kids loved. We also did a little hiking around.

It was cold, but no snow yet.

The kids had a good time hanging out.

I was also able to get away to celebrate some birthdays with my girlfriends.

It was a busy and fun month!!!

Halloween

Bryson and Chase were easy, Buzz and Woody. Finding a costume for Cambria was a little harder. I really wanted her to be Jessie from Toy Story, but no one had that in her size. So when I found the strawberry outfit at Old Navy, I just took it. I thought I'd match her and be Strawberry Shortcake. Not willing to pay $50 for a costume that only covers half of me (immodest)... I found an "Ariel" wig that is supposed to be for a child, some stripped tights, and a hat from the thrift store and the rest is history. Brett didn't make it into this picture. He didn't want to dress up.

Convention 2011: Phoenix Arizona

Reception dinner included a hot air balloon ride. It was tied to 3 vans and went a few stories into the air. Fun. Cross that off my bucket list.

While Brett was in meetings, Cambria and I toured the Hotel. It was the Phonecian. Very beautiful. I even had the chance to get a massage at the spa.

Banquet is always fun. Time to get dressed up. We had a lot to celebrate that night, including getting "distributor of the year". Winning a truck was cool too. Very proud.

I'm so blessed to have married a man that can take me on a trip every year on my birthday...even if it is because of "convention" :)

Just Cute

My Birthday

Today is my birthday. 34 years old. Yesterday I celebrated with my brother, he's turning 36. Brett had to miss the celebrations due to a business trip. He felt bad. Oh well, while the cat's away the mice will play.

It was the first time the three baby girls were all together.
Cambria (mine), Evelyn (my brothers) and Ashley (my cousin's)
They're wearing booties my Aunt Dottie made.

Aww, could you just die???

Everyone ooh's and awe's over them.

Me and my cousin with our babies.

My grandma Eloise with her three great grand babies. Precious.

Here she is with my kids.

And today, since Brett was out of town, I made my parents take me to San Francisco.

We saw the seals.

Rode the carousel...

and ate at "Bubba Gumps".

I had a great birthday.
