Inspiration For Our Future Missionary

We had the missionaries over for dinner last Saturday. We have an Elder Bryson from Payson Utah. It was cool to see that name on his name tag. I had given a talk in Sacrament meeting the Sunday before (which I surprised Brett with, he didn't know I would be speaking (he, he, he)) and Elder Bryson remembered me because I kept talking about my Bryson. A fun coincidence.




The best time to take a family photo? After church of course!

It's from Oprah.com and this is how I want to live. It's about the Dervaes family in Los Angeles and they live on 1/10th of an acre and produce 3 tons of food every year. I would love to be so self sufficient!

Rainbow Excitement

Here's how to put to use some of your old, broken, crayon pieces.

Put chunks of crayon (all different colors) in a muffin pan.



Heat at 350 degrees in the oven for a couple of minutes. Keep an eye on them!



Let them sit until cool and pop them out with a butter knife (just push on the edges a little and the whole thing comes up).



Voila! Great chunks of rainbow fun. Toddlers learning to color just love them. My mom and I also made some homemade colored play dough. Fun, fun, fun!
